Product Description

        The MSC series maglev centrifugal blower of "TOUZER" brand is a high-tech achievement formed by the patented technology of maglev bearing combined with fluid mechanics developed by the team of doctors from Dalian Polytechnic University, which has the characteristics of frictionless, high power saving rate and low noise, and is a high-end energy-saving equipment. The products are divided into 19 specifications according to different power (15kW~315kW), different wind pressure (25kpa~120kpa) and different air volume (13~430m³/min), and the impellers can also be designed according to different working conditions to meet customized requirements.
        MSC series maglev blowers have been widely used in urban sewage, industrial wastewater, electronic crystal plate, biopharmaceutical, smelting and coking, textile printing and dyeing, food fermentation, thermoelectricity and other industries in more than 30 provinces since they were put on the market in 2018. Energy saving and high efficiency:

1. 1.8m of space should be left around the equipment to ensure normal work and daily maintenance.
2. Avoid strong shaking and collision in the process of equipment handling.
3.The equipment should be installed on a solid foundation with no vibration source around, and the adjustment of the footing should be matched with the level to keep the equipment parallel to the horizontal plane.
4. If the equipment is installed indoors, it is necessary to ensure the heat dissipation conditions in the machine room, and if it is installed outdoors, direct contact with rain and snow should be avoided.
5. Electrical installation should be done by licensed electrician.
6. The venting pipe is recommended to be led to outdoor, if it is indoors, it is easy to blow up the dust, which will affect the efficiency of the fan and the life of the filter, and avoid facing the direction of the personnel.
